Some super green foods make my heart race?
I would like to be able to eat super green foods for their nutritional value, but the one I’ve tried, Spirulina, really makes my heart race. Is this a normal occurance (is Spirulina known for boosting energy levels?)
Are there any super green foods that don’t really boost your energy levels?

A very good test to see if you are allergic or have a food intolerance to any food is to sit in a chair and take your pulse in a resting mode for a full 60 seconds. Then put the food in question in your mouth and take your pulse again for the full 60 seconds. If your pulse rate exceeds 6 beats per minute, you have an allergic reaction (must have protein in it to be allergic) to that food or you are food intolerant.
Many supplements are not good because they contain low grade herbs, bad mix of herbs, and other things like excipients, etc. that damage your body.
Super green foods contain lots of vitamins and all vitamins are co-enzymes that combine with minerals in the body to produce hormones, etc. Balance is the key to feeding your body.
